Safety and Policies

• Our service area is The Five Cities Area, California Central Coast, near Pismo Beach.
• Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, check, Venmo and Zelle are accepted.
• Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be received a minimum of 24 hours in advance, unless due to emergency.
• Refunds will be made for sessions if paid in advance and cancelled within 24 hour notice.
• Executive Canine Services is a fully licensed and insured business.
• All dogs must be current on rabies vaccinations.
• Dogs with severe behavior issues must be leashed and/or muzzled at the direction of the trainer.
• When training involves children under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present.
• Photos and videos taken during training sessions will not be used without prior permission.
• Executive Canine Services will follow and respect all local Health Department Guidelines.
