Les was wonderful…helping me with a new puppy, Luna. He was recommended to me by a lady at a pet store. I was really frustrated. It had been 30 years since I had a puppy and I was overwhelmed. He was firm, but gentle and helped me, as well as my 10 year old granddaughter. We still have a way to go, but we are on the right track! Thanks Les!
